choice 3: Make your own box paper from 2 sheets of looseleaf notebook paper
Alternately, students can make answer forms from notebook paper. One of
the quickest methods is to fold the paper to form sections and number the
sections before beginning work on the assignment or test.
Students will need two sheets of notebook paper; both sides of each sheet
will be used. Try the following procedure:
1. Fold the bottom edge of notebook paper up to the second line from
top and crease horizontally.
2. Fold the creased edge up to the same second line and crease again.
3. Unfold the paper. There will be eight sections (four on the front,
four on the back).
4. Fold the right side of the paper to the edge of the holes and crease
vertically.
